Vanilla cupcakes with chocolate ganache filling.

Made 40+ cupcakes for a charity bake sale for Ophthalmology Society. The most cupcakes I've ever baked and iced alone. Was a tiring process especially since I wanted to make it more special by filling each cupcake with milk chocolate ganache I made. In the end though, it all paid off (:Workstation.
