Feels so nice to finally bake again. After soooo long. Anyways, did Red Velvet cupcakes again. But I think this time I'll call it Chocolate cupcakes. Why? Oh, cos' I forgot the lemon. LOL :P Anyways, this time round, I made it an effort to actually 'ice' the cupcakes properly. Therefore, more effort!! Heh. Was quite happy seeing the results.
